Thalia is exceptionally bubbly, helpful and attentive. Nothing too much trouble and her food recommendation, corn dogs, beer and carrot wings spot on. Really tasty food served very quickly.Pub music great 80s, nicely decorated. Will highly recommend the Swan and Thalia to take great care of you and make it a fab experience and good value.

I booked a large reservation at Swans for my rehearsal dinner/welcome party. I’ll admit I’m very Type A and love a quick email reply. Booking the space with the General Manager was very easy, but I had a hard time getting timely communication from the chef while planning the menu, but once everything was locked in, the actual event ran flawlessly. We pre-ordered food, had a self-serve wine station, and the service was phenomenal. Our server was incredible—she remembered names, stayed organized despite the crowd, and took amazing care of us. We started with 20 guests and grew to around 60 by the end of the night. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt so looked after. It was the perfect way to kick off the wedding weekend.

Enticed in by the wings offer... lovely atmosphere, we were served by Thalia, who was so super friendly and took key time to explain items on the menu, and telling us what her favourites from the menu where. She was very efficient, took pride in her work and just looked like she enjoys what she's doing. The wings were delicious, and we also got to try corn dogs for the very first time !! Will definitely recommend

Food was amazing! Pizza, wings and poutine. Great! Top it off with a beer.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The drinks were amazing. I had the blackberry sangria 10/10 less club soda for me and my husband loved the beer on tap and cocktails. Trevor was a pleasure to meet. He gave us tips about the town and drinks. Over all amazing atmosphere. Most go stop!

Swans Brewery is a beer lover's paradise! The true 20oz Canadian pints for 9 are a steal. The interior is like stepping into a beer-themed wonderland, with ample space for any size group. But let me tell you about Kate, our server. She's like a beer ninja, gracefully weaving through tables with trays of frothy goodness. One night, she accidentally spilled a pint on herself but turned it into an impromptu dance, much to the delight of everyone. She's a gem, adding an extra sprinkle of hilarity to an already fantastic experience. With a plethora of brews on tap and the outdoor heated patio for prime people-watching, Swans Brewery is a must-visit! Cheers to Kate and her ninja dance moves!

I went with my coworkers, I had gone before for some drinks but this time we ordered food. We were very surprised, the food is good, the portions are big enough to share and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is very varied, groups of friends, work groups and families with children. The staff's attention was very pleasant. Definitely a good place. I will recommend it.

Bloody hell… Just smashed the Blue Bridge Burger with a side of poutine, and I’m telling you—absolute perfection. The burger was cooked spot on—juicy, rich, layers of flavour that just hit you in the face. Every bite was dripping, messy, indulgent—a proper mouthful of heaven. Whoever’s on that grill deserves a handshake and a raise. Now let’s talk poutine—Québec-style done right. The gravy was deep, savoury, absolutely luscious. The fries held their crunch under that rich, velvety blanket, and the curds melted just enough to pull it all together. No shortcuts, no rubbish—just proper comfort food done with pride. Flawless execution. Massive flavours. An unforgettable plate. If you’re in Victoria and don’t try this, you’re doing it wrong.
